Redesigning how migrant workers send wages home on Whizmo, against a booked-rate clock and real compliance limits. An honest cost from the start: an indicative rate up front, the real rate once they pick a method, and the full conversion at review. Risky moments treated as first-class, and the manual activation screen replaced by a compliance review tied to each transfer.

Redesigning Whizmo's sign-up and login for blue-collar workers using a financial app in a second language. A national ID check once, then a Whizmo PIN and biometrics for every login after. Grounded in usability research in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil, shipped in English and Arabic, and measured after launch, including the part that got worse.

Whizmo's first card, virtual and physical, designed from a one-line brief to developer handoff, for 200,000+ wallet users who had little visibility into their own money. The full lifecycle, ten edge cases, and the trade-offs behind each call, reconciled with card-network, processor and payment-security vendor rules.

A location-based grocery reminder app that uses GPS-triggered alerts to notify users when they're near stores. University thesis project combining UX research with interaction design.

Since 2024, I've given my design time to a youth-led nonprofit in Kerala that helps coastal students get a fairer start through mentorship and marine conservation.
