Product design for a UAE Central Bank-licensed wallet with 200K+ users. Designed Whizmo's first virtual and physical card, redesigned international money transfer for migrant workers, and rebuilt onboarding and login from my own usability research. Joined as a researcher and moved into product design within the first month.

How I Work
I listen first, then ask the hard question. In meetings I take in context before I speak, but in a research session I lead the room, follow the unexpected threads, and find the insight nobody saw coming.
I'm also a fixer. If a teammate's flow is almost there, I'll jump in, because the most interesting problems sit between teams.
Why?
Everything needs a reason. I once went to apply for a job at KFC in the UK. The manager asked me to open a specific bank account. Without even thinking, I just asked 'Why?' He had no answer. That instinct, questioning assumptions until the real answer surfaces, drives every design decision I make.
